Welcome to IpsAnalyzer. By downloading, accessing, or using this app, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the IpsAnalyzer app (the “App”). IpsAnalyzer is an iOS crash file analysis tool that helps you analyze and debug iOS crash reports (.crash files). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

IpsAnalyzer provides iOS crash file analysis and debugging services. The App allows you to:

Import and analyze iOS crash files (.crash files)
Symbolicate stack traces using dSYM files
View detailed crash information including thread states, registers, and exception details
Store and manage your crash analysis history
Export analysis reports for debugging purposes

The App requires access to your device’s file system to read crash files and dSYM files. All analysis is performed locally on your device. The accuracy of symbolication depends on the availability and correctness of dSYM files, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of symbolicated information.

3. Subscription and Payment

IpsAnalyzer offers a monthly subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees as specified within the App. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the App.

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
Use the App to analyze crash files that you do not have legal authorization to access
Use the App to extract or misuse sensitive information from crash files belonging to third parties
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Crash File Data and Security

Crash files may contain sensitive information including application details, stack traces, and potentially confidential data. You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring you have proper authorization to analyze any crash files you process
Protecting crash files and analysis results from unauthorized access
Complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws when handling crash data
Not sharing or distributing crash files or analysis results without proper authorization

The Service Provider is not responsible for any data breaches or unauthorized access to crash files stored on your device. You use the App at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the App.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App, we encourage informal negotiations. If disputes cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, they will be submitted to binding arbitration, as per the rules of a recognized arbitration institution.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
