We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Use the App to play Flash content you do not have the right to access

3. Flash Content Disclaimer

The App uses the open-source Ruffle emulator to play Adobe Flash (SWF) content. Please note:

  • Compatibility: Ruffle’s support for Flash content is continuously improving. Some SWF files may not play correctly
  • Third-party content: Web content accessed through the App’s browser is provided by third-party websites. We are not responsible for any third-party content
  • Copyright: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and play any Flash content you use with this App

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time purchase to remove ads, processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system:

  • The purchase is permanent and does not require a subscription
  • You can restore your purchase for free on a new device using the “Restore Purchases” option
  • Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We are unable to process refunds directly

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
